Introductory consultation
A brief conversation to understand what you are looking for and whether coaching is a helpful fit.
How coaching works
Virtual life coaching sessions are confidential, goal-oriented conversations focused on clarity, resilience, and next steps.

A brief conversation to understand what you are looking for and whether coaching is a helpful fit.
Linda helps you name priorities, strengths, barriers, and practical outcomes for your one-on-one life coaching sessions.
Sessions use thoughtful questions, reflection, values-based planning, and realistic next steps.
If clinical care is needed, Linda refers out and encourages support from licensed professionals and care teams.
Coaching vs. therapy
Coaching can help with goals, boundaries, confidence, life transitions, resilience, and decision-making. Therapy and medical care are the right resources for diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, trauma processing, medication, and clinical mental health support.
Life coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
A consultation is a calm place to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and decide whether one-on-one life coaching is a fit.
